Cathy retired from her role with Straumann USA in 2009 to spend more time with her family. In 2013, Cathy started her own consulting business called Geddes Solutions. While working with many dental professionals in her career, Cathy saw the need to educate and support the dental team in many areas of their practice. She now dental assists and lectures sharing her passion to communicate effectively with those involved in the advancing world of implant dentistry. When we provide scientific support rather than one person’s personal experience on treatment, we can move forward with a decision for treatment. My goal is for patients to be fully informed and feel our transfer of trust, so they can make the best decision possible for lifelong dental health. Cathy simplifies the implant process to increase case acceptance for your dental practice. If your team is not comfortable answering questions, how can your patients be comfortable choosing an implant as a treatment option?
As an expert in the auxiliary role of dental implants, Cathy delivers lectures to dental professionals in the United States and Canada. Her specialty role is training auxiliaries to increase their confidence in presenting cases and answering patients' top-three questions with confidence. As Cathy's company grew, she saw the need to provide temporary dental assisting to her specialty practices.
